Samsung #ShareTheStage

Brief:

To coincide with the launch of the S8, Samsung wanted to give festival fans a true ‘Do What You Can’t’ summer moment by letting them experience festival fun without actually being at a festival.

Solution:

We created a brand new Snapchat lens that gives you the chance to #ShareTheStage with a top UK artist from anywhere in the world, by recording your own lip-sync performance. We partnered with festival favourite Charlie XCX to create an unforgettable experience using her mega-hit of 2017 ‘Boys’.

The Snapchat lens proved to be so popular, that we identified some of her super fans on social media and invited them to a secret London location to compete in a lip sync battle. Upon arrival they were gifted a new Samsung Galaxy S8 to capture their performance, but got to record much more when Charli herself appeared to sing the song with them.
